Compliance With Mine Plan N - Support Facilities Not On-site <br /> N -Other N - Special Categories Of Mining <br /> N -Processing Waste Y -Topsoil <br /> COMMENTS <br /> A partial inspection was conducted by Lucas West of DRMS on Wednesday November 13, 2019. Jordan <br /> McCourt of GCC accompanied Lucas in the field at King I and II. The Weather was clear and the ground was dry <br /> during the time of the inspection. Normal activities were being conducted during the inspection. At King 11, the <br /> stackers were actively moving mined material and trucks were being loaded. At King I waste material was being <br /> transferred and placed at the refuse pile. Also, construction activity was being conducted related to Technical <br /> Revision 27 (TR27) at the King I area. Six Photos accompany this report to illustrate the site conditions. <br /> HYDROLOGIC BALANCE -Rule 4.05 <br /> Drainage Control 4.05.1,4.05.2,4.05.3; Siltation Structures 4.05.5, 4.05.6; Discharge Structures 4.05.7,4.05.10; <br /> Diversions 4.05.4; Effluent Limits 4.05.2; Ground Water Monitoring 4.05.13; Surface Water Monitoring 4.05.13; <br /> Drainage—Acid and Toxic Materials 4.05.8; Impoundments 4.05.6, 4.05.9; Stream Buffer Zones 4.05.18: <br /> The hydrologic conveyances at King II were observed. Both the east and west clear water ditches were in <br /> excellent condition. All reaches of the water management system within the disturbed area boundary were <br /> functioning as designed at the time of the inspection. All culverts were unobstructed and in good condition. <br /> Examples of the ditches and Culverts can be seen in Photo One. Basin I was observed and can be seen in Photo <br /> Two. No signs of settling slumping or erosion were noted throughout the basin or in the entire water management <br /> system. <br /> At King I, construction of the new under drain system as approved through Technical Revision 27 was being <br /> conducted. The main reach of the underdrain was being installed and the lateral finger drains were staked out and <br /> ready to begin construction. The construction of the system was being done in accordance with the specifications <br /> and designs contained within TR27. Clearing work and road building was also being conducted to the west of the <br /> King I area to install the new western clear water ditch and access road as approved through TR27. Examples of <br /> the construction activity can be seen in Photos Three and Four. <br /> OTHER(SPECIFY): <br /> Along the eastern perimeter of the disturbed area at King II a small storage area is being used.
