The outslope of the dam was stable <br /> with no seeps or evidence of leakage observed at the time of inspection. <br /> o The following drainages: <br /> YPM1, IPM3,YPM5,YPM6 and YPM7 were walked and appeared well armored and stable <br /> with well established vegetation on banks and grasses taking hold in the channel. No issues were <br /> noted at the time of inspection. <br /> One stock pond and three ponds were requested as noted above. Their release is contingent upon <br /> achieving phase II release in the associated parcels. All ponds and stock ponds received permanent <br /> designation from the Division of Water Resources in August 2008.
