As reported on September 26, 2019, CC&V collected third quarter compliance groundwater
samples from monitoring wells SGMW-6B, on September 4, 2019. CC&V received the lab report
for these analyses on September 20, 2019, and upon review, determined that SGMW-6B
exceeded established numeric protection limits for fluoride, manganese, and sulfate. Table 4
below lists the exceedance for the location and the associated parameter.

As reported on October 2, 2019, CC&V collected third quarter compliance groundwater samples
from monitoring wells GVMW-25, PGMW-3, and CRMW-313, on September 17, 2019. CC&V
received the lab report for these analyses on September 30, 2019, and upon review, determined
that GVMW-25 exceeded established numeric protection limits for sulfate, PGMW-3 exceeded
established numeric protection limits for aluminum, cadmium, copper, fluoride, manganese,
mercury, nickel, nitrate as N, nitrite+nitrate as N, pH and sulfate. It was also determined at
CRMW-3B exceeded established numeric protection limits for fluoride, and manganese. Table 5
below lists the exceedance for the location and the associated parameter.
