Groundwater
monitoring locations Poverty Gulch wells (PGMW-2, PGMW-4), Arequa Gulch Well (CRMW-3A-
35), Squaw Gulch wells (SGMW-5, SGMW-6A, SGMW-7A and SGMW-7B), and Vindicator Valley
well (VIN-2A)were reported dry. Surface water sampling locations in Vindicator Valley(T-2), and
Grassy Valley (GV-02 & GV-03) had no flow and were reported dry.
As reported September 10, 2019, CC&V collected third quarter compliance groundwater samples
from monitoring wells GVMW-8A, and GVMW-8B on August 21, 2019. CC&V received the lab
report for these analyses on September 6, 2019, and upon review, determined that GVMW-8B
exceeded established numeric protection limits for copper, and fluoride.
