• No operations will occur during the winter months from 1"frost to 11 thaw(October <br /> April).During these months no equipment will be present on-site.All signage and <br /> flagging will remain on-site. <br /> • Interim reclamation will occur following completion of exploration(pmspecting or if pit <br /> become too dangerous(steep slopes)with the trackhoe or skid loader. <br /> Exhibit IV <br /> 4. General Schedule of Operations: <br /> The operator has documented"unknown"for the schedule of operations,however a description of <br /> the working day needs to be clarified specifically the workins hours and estimated mine life. <br /> Working hours are tentatively scheduled for Monday thru Sunday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.Mine <br /> life is estimated to be 20 years,however this is susceptible to change upon the operator's <br /> discretion. <br /> Exhibit V <br /> 1. b.The existing steep slopes mentioned in this section cover the area to the west which contain <br /> almost vertical slopes.This area was previously disturbance prior to the current operations and <br /> has not been further explored therefore will not be reclaimed. <br /> Exhibit VI:Reclamntion Plan Map <br /> V.
