October 16,2019 G1981-041/Roadside Portals CCW <br /> -B Substation-The reclaimed B Substation was stable with established vegetation. There were no indications of <br /> erosional features. <br /> -A Substation-The site for the A Substation was vegetated and stable. No erosional features were observed. <br /> -North Decline (Photo 6)-The North Decline was stable with no erosional concerns. The slump above the <br /> permanent diversion ditch on the west area had no new movement. This slump has been noted in previous <br /> inspection reports and was not caused by mining related activity. Vegetation on the site was well established. <br /> -Portals Area(Photo 7)—The Portals area was visited during the inspection. The backfilled portals were stable <br /> and dry. No water was seen in the ditch leading out of the French Drain. Vegetation on the site was well <br /> established. No erosional features were observed. <br /> - Conveyor Footprint-The Conveyor Footprint located on the south side of I-70 was vegetated and stable. There <br /> were no erosional features. <br /> All Sites inspected had the disturbance boundary markers in place.
