Compliance With Mine Plan NA - Support Facilities Not On-site <br /> N -Other NA - Special Categories Of Mining <br /> NA -Processing Waste R -Topsoil <br /> COMMENTS <br /> This was a complete inspection of the Williams Fork; C 1981044, operated by Moffat County Mining LLC. <br /> The inspection was conducted and the report and photos prepared by me, Robin Reilley of the DRMS. Miranda <br /> Kawcak, Williams Fork representative was present throughout the inspection. An aerial drone inspection was <br /> also conducted in a portion of the facilities area and downslope from the portal to validate topograpy. Leigh <br /> Simmons of the DRMS operated the drone and was present throughout the drone flight. Temperature was 60 <br /> degrees F, skies were clear and the air was clam untill 11:30 when the drone reconnaissance had to be aborted due <br /> to wind and dust storm. <br /> The drone portion of the inspection commenced at the portal. The first flight took place at a flight altitude of 50 m <br /> and a 20% overlap for images. A second flight at 100 meters altitude and 20% overlap. The flight commenced at <br /> 9:45 and ended at 11:30. <br /> UPCOMING PERMITTING ACTIONS: <br /> o Minor Revision for parcel transfer <br /> o Land Use Change from rangeland/crop to industrial <br /> o Technical Revision for stock tanks and an update to the Reclamation Plan <br /> o SL4 in process <br /> MAINTENANCE ITEMS: <br /> 1. A void was discovered see map below. This should be monitored and a plan made for repairs. <br /> INSPECTION: <br /> GENERAL MINE PLAN COMPLIANCE: <br /> Reclamation is underway as permitted,with all of the facilities demolished in the area along the Williams Fork <br /> River. Remaining facilities include a 60 in culvert at the portal area and an electrical transfer station. Work has <br /> been ongoing at the facilities area,topsoil application as taken place throughout the site and seeding is scheduled <br /> to be completed in the next month. The site appeared neat and orderly at the time of inspection.
