I <br /> told him we were having a problem with Dr. <br /> Corley, and that he should stop work on the <br /> project. I inquired as to the details of the <br /> agreement Corley had made regarding use of the <br /> fill. Bill re-affirmed that Dr. Corley had given <br /> him permission to use the fill materials at 25 <br /> dollars per load, and that he had maintained a <br /> load count. I instructed Bill to go ahead and pay <br /> for what they had used, and that I would prepare <br /> a change order to cover the un-anticipated cost of <br /> the back materials upon receipt of a copy of <br /> his check and cover letter. I asked about the <br /> gate, and Bill said they accidently scratched and <br /> dented it with the truck, but that they had since <br /> repaired it, and that it was fine. <br /> 10:15 am- l informed Jinn McArdle of the above events and <br /> Dr. Corley s intent to create a situation. He <br /> instructed me to document the events with this <br /> memo. <br />
