MINING PLAN (CONT) EXHIBIT D
September 2019
(p) This is strictly a sand operation with the mining done by
front end loader or bull dozers . The same equipment will be
used to remove the upland materials . No explosives are use at
the mine .
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Approximately 30 . 5 Acres in the mine may never be mined,
either because there is no material suitable for WSG' s needs or
it contains material that has a limited demand. There is a
limited amount north of the access road that leads to the Con-
crete Batch Plant area that may be mined. Map Exhibit C-1 - Mining Plan Map
shows the current proposed mining areas and the most recent
disturbed areas where mining was done . We expect to continue
mining the dry creek bed as long as it keeps filling when
flooded.
MINING TIMETABLE
This estimated mining timetable is based on an average year
and WSG expects a specific year to vary widely from the average .
On the upland areas there is a finite amount of material that
once removed will not be replenished. On the sand arroyo,
whenever it floods, it replenishes the mined areas with new sand.
Mining will only end if the area is not refilled or the mine is
closed. If there are changes in the mining timetable we will
discuss the reasons for the change in the annual report following
the change and modify it at that time .
ESTIMATED MINING TIMETABLE
ACRES ±
Area ESTIMATED TOTAL TOTAL
YEARS AREA MINED
Sand Channel unknown 26 . 6 26 . 00
Upland Areas 8-15 41 . 05 15 . 00
TOTALS unknown 1 67 . 65 1 41 . 00
11
