(SCC) applied to the Colorado Division of Reclamation,Mining, <br /> and Safety (CDRMS) for partial Phase H bond release on 2.4 acres and Phase III bond release <br /> (SL-I 1) on 10.4 acres of their Roadside Portals project. The Roadside Portals project is located <br /> in Mesa County, approximately three miles northeast of Palisade, Colorado. The SL-I 1 <br /> application was received by DRMS on May 24, 2018. It was deemed complete on May 31, 2018. <br /> SCC notified the public, all interested parties, and all interested government agencies. A bond <br /> release inspection was conducted on June 27, 2018 and August 16, 2018 by CDRMS, and the <br /> Office of Surface Mining, Reclamation, and Enforcement, in addition to landowner(s). <br /> GJFO has reviewed the bond release application No. 1 I for the Roadside Portals project and <br /> concurs with the CDRMS decision to partially release bonding related to Phase II reclamation of <br /> 2.4 acres and Phase III reclamation of the 10.4 acres. This will reduce the current liability by <br /> $10,089.00, leaving a required remainder of$39,542.54.
