within the block. This overburden will be placed in a temporary stockpile located outside of the
pit. The sandstone product will be removed by the excavator and crushed by a portable drag
mounted Feeder Breaker (the crushing system will include one generator and a stacker belt) to
produce a product 6-inch minus for transport off'of the mine-site. Over-the-Road (OTR) trucks
will be loaded in pit by a loader from the subsequent 6-inch minus pile and transported to an off-
site processing facility. There will also be a Raw Product stockpile located outside of the mining
area for maintaining OTR transport of the product when mining is not active. For the second pit
of mining, overburden will be placed into the previous excavation to facilitate concurrent
reclamation. Once a pit is backfilled, topsoil stockpiled in berms beside the backfilled excavation
will be redistributed over the backfilled pit in preparation for final reclamation. Mining is expected
to take approximately two years.
Form APCD-101 provides general facility and project information, including identification
and contact information of the facility operator, mine location, and other required information.
Attachment A contains Figure 1 and Figure 2, showing the Project Location and Facility Layout
respectively.
