A man-lift and loader with forks were <br /> used to offload liner from the truck. Two trucks delivered a total of 24 rolls of 80-mil LLDPE <br /> geomembrane liner. All rolls were placed on a clean and firm surface that had been previously <br /> rolled with a CS76B smooth drum roller. The following samples were collected for laboratory testing: <br /> Soil Liner Fill: NFSLF-77-R, NFSLF-78-R (Phase 2A VLF) <br /> Soil Liner Fill: NFSLF-79-C (Tezak Stockpile) <br /> 5.0 MEETINGS AND COMMUNICATIONS <br /> NewFields personnel attended the VLF2 weekly construction meeting (June 4, 2019) and <br /> Tezak's daily safety meetings. <br /> 6.0 MISCELLANEOUS, ISSUES, AND CONCERNS <br /> Tezak buried the leading edge of geomembrane within the SLF along the flat portion of <br /> the Phase 2A VLF to mitigate storm water from infiltrating underneath the liner. <br /> Page 4 <br />
