TECHNICAL REVISION MILL REMOVAL WORK PLAN <br /> May Day Idaho Mine Complex May Day,Colorado <br /> M1981-185 <br /> INTRODUCTION <br /> As approved by concerned regulatory entities,Wildcat Mining Corporation <br /> (Wildcat) is requesting authorization to remove a ball mill (mill)1, a 95kw generator <br /> and a trashed trailer from the mine site in accordance with an approved Colorado <br /> Division of Reclamation Mining and Safety (CDRMS)Technical Revision.The <br /> referenced equipment is located on the May Day Idaho Mine site (M1981-185). <br /> The mine is located adjacent to May Day community, La Plata County, <br /> approximately seventeen (17) miles west of Durango, Colorado. The proposed <br /> mill and generator removal task outlined in the following Technical Revision (TR), <br /> is estimated to take approximately two to three days to complete and one day to <br /> remove the trashed house trailer located at the mine site base of operation. <br /> The TR, if approved,will move the mill from the Quonset building and move a <br /> generator from a Zircon container, both are located within the May Day No. 1 <br /> portal are. (See General Site Location Figure 1-May Day Idaho Mine aerial <br /> photograph). Prior to submitting the TR, the removal action was discussed with <br /> the US Army Corp(Kara Helige2), La Plata County Planning Department (Neal <br /> Starkebaum3 and Courtney Roseberry3) and Colorado Division of Reclamation <br /> Mining and Safety (Lucas West).Wildcat's old trailer will be also be removed from <br /> the base of operational area. <br /> Background <br /> In 2013,a Wildcat technical revision was approved to remove Wildcat's mill and <br /> associated mill processing equipment(See Attachment B-1 and B-2-).The following <br /> TR removal work plan, if approved, will remove the mill and a 95KW generator. <br /> Equipment identified in TR-6 (Attachment B) but not addressed in this removal <br /> plan TR will be moved'from the May Day mine site and stored in Wildcat's Idaho <br /> mine site warehouse later,as necessary,approvals for these items will be <br /> requested at that time. <br /> Building and Road Setting <br /> The mill is housed in a Quonset style building (See Figure 2),whereas,the <br /> generator is stored in a zircon storage container located on the May Day No 1. <br /> portal area.
