The outlined task will be <br /> conducted by Waldo Excavation under the management of Mr. Kurt Waldo. <br /> Upon equipment delivery to the base of operation the equipment will be <br /> loaded onto a trailer transferred for shipment to Mr. Lance Barker for his use. <br /> When the mill has been moved,the old trailer located at the base of operation <br /> will be demolished and disposed in an approved solid waste landfill. <br /> Subject to the TR's approval,La Plata County Land, LLC, Sunrise Mining <br /> Company(Sunrise)will grant Wildcat and Waldo Excavation(see Attachment <br /> A)permission to enter on the land owned or controlled by Sunrise and its <br /> mining permit as described in this Technical Revision. <br /> If there are any questions or comments regarding the submitted materials <br /> please contact: <br /> Mr. George M.L.
