As the permitted operator, Sunrise <br /> Mining, LLC, ("Sunrise") is submitting the application and fee on behalf of Wildcat Mining <br /> Corporation and its third-party contractor(s). The proposed dates for removal are October 11 — <br /> 14, 2019. <br /> Wildcat Mining Corporation and its third-party contractor(s) understand that permission is <br /> dependent upon the CDRMS and La Plata County providing written approval of the technical <br /> revision and proposed dates, as well as reasonable weather conditions for the proposed dates.
