Compliance With Mine Plan NA - Support Facilities Not On-site <br /> N -Other N - Special Categories Of Mining <br /> NA -Processing Waste R -Topsoil <br /> COMMENTS <br /> This was a partial inspection of the Williams Fork; C 1981044, operated by Moffat County Mining LLC. <br /> The inspection was conducted and the report and photos prepared by me,Robin Reilley of the DBMS. Kevin <br /> Copeland, Williams Fork representative was present throughout the inspection. Temperature was 75 degrees F, <br /> with clear skies and calm air. No off site air or water quality impacts were observed at the time of the inspection <br /> UPCOMING PERMITTING ACTIONS: <br /> 0 Minor Revision for parcel transfer. <br /> 0 Land Use Change from rangeland/crop to industrial <br /> 0 Technical Revision for stock tanks and an update to the Reclamation Plan <br /> 0 SL4 in process <br /> MAINTENANCE ITEMS: <br /> None identified at the time of this inspection. <br /> INSPECTION: <br /> GENERAL MINE PLAN COMPLIANCE: <br /> Reclamation is underway as permitted,with all of the facilities demolished in the area along the Williams Fork <br /> River. Remaining facilities include a 60 in culvert at the portal area,various ponds and, an electrical transfer <br /> station. Work has been ongoing at the facilities area and currently consists of pyramids of topsoil awaiting <br /> grading. Equipment was operating at the time of inspection. Portal area backfilling is underway.
