These include slumps by the B Portal and <br /> Curve 11. <br /> SUPPORT FACILITIES - Rule 4.04: <br /> No problems were identified with any facility areas that were inspected. This includes the Facilities Bench,the D <br /> Portal Bench,the B Portal Bench, and the pump house. Within the road at the fan,the exposed and damaged metal <br /> pipe near the substation has been repaired. <br /> SIGNS AND MARKERS—Rule 4.02: <br /> Signs were seen at entrances with the phone number and address for BRL. <br /> OFFSITE SUPPORT FACILIITES -Rule 4.04,4.28: <br /> No problems were identified with the Terror Creek Vent Shaft Pad. The retaining wall,berm, and erosion BMPS <br /> were functioning. <br /> TOPSOIL—Rule 4.06 <br /> Removal 4.06.2; Substitute Materials 4.06.4(4); Storage and Protection 4.06.3; Redistribution 4.06.4: <br /> Topsoil piles were found to be in good shape with good vegetation cover and no erosion.
