There were no erosional concerns. <br /> The second bench has the prep plant on it and the PP-1 Pond. The bench was stable and there were no erosional <br /> features. The outslopes of the bench were vegetated and stale. No erosional features were observed. The upper <br /> bench has equipment storage, an electrical substation and the PP-2 Pond on it. The bench was stable with no <br /> erosional concerns. The outslopes of the bench wee vegetated and stable. No erosional features were observed. <br /> -B Vent Shaft No. 1 (Photo 7): <br /> The B vent shaft no. 1 pad was stale and well kept. The safety fence around the shaft was intact. The berms on <br /> the pad were stable and no off-site impacts were observed. The cut-slope next to the pad was stable. No erosional <br /> features were identified. <br /> - 13 Left Return Shaft(Photo 8): <br /> The pad for the 13 Left Return Shaft was stable with no erosional features. The outslope of the pad was in good <br /> condition and becoming vegetated. <br /> - Slot Storage: <br /> The Slot Storage pad was in good condition. The berms were vegetated and stable. The outslopes were vegetated <br /> and no erosional features were observed. <br /> -Nitrogen Plant#2: <br /> The pad for the nitrogen plant was in good repair. The site was stable and no off-site impacts were observed. <br /> -RDH-2: <br /> The pad for the Rock Dust Tank 2 was stable. The site was well kept and no erosional features were observed. <br /> -Water Storage Tanks and Radio Tower: <br /> The Pads for the water storage tanks and the radio tower were stable with no indications of erosional features. <br /> TOPSOIL—Rule 4.06 <br /> Removal 4.062; Substitute Materials 4.06.4(4); Storage and Protection 4.06.3; Redistribution 4.06.4: <br /> Topsoil pile throughout the mine site were observed to be vegetated and stable. None of the piles <br /> inspected had indications of erosion. The perimeter ditches were dry and stable.
