then to an infiltration wetland, with excess water being pumped back to the Treasury- <br /> Raise as needed. <br /> New Maintenance Shop <br /> A new maintenance shop is currently being constructed on the eastern portion of the Site. <br /> The new maintenance shop will remain to support ongoing regulatory obligations. <br /> Fuel Shed <br /> The fuel shed will remain onsite to support equipment that will be stored in the new <br /> maintenance shop. <br /> Loadout Structure, Cribbing, and Trestle <br /> The loadout structure and the cribbing and trestle will remain in place for historic <br /> viewing purposes. <br /> Existing Maintenance Shop <br /> The existing maintenance shop is proposed to be demolished in 2020 in accordance with <br /> applicable laws and regulations. The foundation for the existing maintenance shop will be <br /> broken up and capped with soil and seeded. <br /> In addition, to align the proposed land use with ongoing operation requirements, Idarado <br /> proposes changing the final land use for the 13.87 acre portion from Range Land to Industrial. <br /> The rest of the Reclamation Plan will remain the same. <br /> Summary <br /> This technical revision defines the new proposed Permit Area to reflect the existing operations <br /> and reclamation status at the Red Mountain Site and updates the Reclamation Plan to allow some <br /> features to remain for historical and cultural resource purposes and to support ongoing regulatory <br /> obligations. <br /> Thank you for your time and consideration regarding these updates.
