The 12 inches of stockpiled overburden wit( be on the west edge of the pit. <br /> 2. Slopes will not be steeper than 3:1 (horizontal to vertical.) <br /> 3. Approximately 12 inches. <br /> 4. Seeding will be done during the fall.
