EXHIBIT C <br /> MINING PLAN <br /> page 1 <br /> 1. The mining will commence as soon as possible. <br /> 2. Approximately 12 inches of topsoil will be bulldozed back and piled for reclamation. <br /> 3. The 12 inches of overburden will be used for reclamation. <br /> 4. The approximate thickness of the material to be mined is 10 to 20 feet. <br /> 5. We will come out of the pit and onto county road 55. <br /> 6. No water will be used in conjunction with this operation. <br /> i <br /> 7. and 8. No ground water will be encountered, the nearest well which is used for <br /> domestic and livestock is well over one-half mile away. It is 175 feet deep. <br /> Static-water level is 120 feet. It was a new well April 20, 1974, Registration <br /> #66611, owned by Mr_ Clifford Reynolds. There is another well three-fourths <br /> mile away. I have no specifications on it; it is not registered. <br /> 9. The gravel will be loaded at the pit and hauled onto county roads. <br /> f <br /> I <br />
