Compliance With Mine Plan N - Support Facilities Not On-site <br /> N - Other N - Special Categories Of Mining <br /> N - Processing Waste R - Topsoil <br /> COMMENTS <br /> This was a partial inspection of the Yoast Mine, C 1994082, operated by Seneca Property LLC. The <br /> inspection was conducted, the images and report prepared by me, Robin Reilley of the DRMS. <br /> Miranda Kawcak representative of Seneca Coal Co, was present throughout the inspection. The <br /> weather was clear with temperatures ranging in the 50 to 75 degrees F. The site exhibited well <br /> established and vigorous vegetation growth that, at this time, of year was beginning to dry and turn <br /> brown. <br /> UPCOMING PERMITTING ACTIONS: <br /> 1. Partial Phase I, II, and III Bond Release fall 2019 <br /> OUTSTANDING MAINTENANCE ITEMS: <br /> L The large flume at pond 10 exhibited sediment deposition and requires cleaning. <br /> INSPECTION.- <br /> GENERAL MINE PLAN COMPLIANCE: <br /> No offsite air quality issues or hydrologic impacts were observed at the time of inspection. <br /> Reclamation and vegetation appeared in good condition. Vegetation was well established and vigorous <br /> with a diversity of species. Ponds and drainage ways appeared to be functioning adequately. <br /> ROADS Rule 4.03 Construction 4.03.1(3), 4.03.2(3); Drainage 4.03.1(4), 4.03.2(4); Surfacing and <br /> Maintenance 4.03.1(5) and(6) 4.03.2(5) and(6). <br /> o Roads in and around the facilities were found to be in good repair and functioning adequately. <br /> o No rutted areas, or standing water were noted at the time of inspection. <br /> HYDROLOGIC BALANCE-Rule 4.05 <br /> General Requirements 4.05.1; Effluent Standards 4.05.2; Divergence and Conveyance of Overland <br /> Number of Partial Inspection this Fiscal Year: 1 <br /> Number of Complete Inspections this Fiscal Year: 1 <br /> Page 2 of 4 <br />
