Compliance With Mine Plan NA - Support Facilities Not On-site <br /> N -Other NA - Special Categories Of Mining <br /> NA -Processing Waste R -Topsoil <br /> COMMENTS <br /> This was a complete inspection of the Williams Fork; C 1981044, operated by Moffat County Mining LLC. <br /> The inspection was conducted and the report and photos prepared by me,Robin Reilley of the DRMS. Miranda <br /> Kawcak, Williams Fork representative was present throughout the inspection. An aerial drone inspection was <br /> also conducted in the Strip Pit area to validate certain areas of vegetation. Leigh Simmons of the DBMS operated <br /> the drone and was present throughout the drone flight. Temperature was 75 degrees F, skies were clear and the air <br /> was clam. <br /> The inspection commenced in the Strip pit with the drone flight. The first flight took place at a flight altitude of <br /> 50 m and a 20%overlap for images. A second flight at 100 meters altitude and 20% overlap. The flight <br /> commenced at 12:3 0 and was completed at 1:3 0. <br /> The operator conducted a drone flight earlier in the day over the facilities area. The purpose of the flight was to <br /> establish base level elevation for the design of post mining topography; volumetric analysis of topsoil piles for <br /> application of topsoil and; design of drainage over the area. <br /> UPCOMING PERMITTING ACTIONS: <br /> o Minor Revision for parcel transfer <br /> o Land Use Change from rangeland/crop to industrial <br /> o Technical Revision for stock tanks and an update to the Reclamation Plan <br /> o SL4 in process <br /> MAINTENANCE ITEMS. <br /> None identified at the time of this inspection. <br /> Number of Partial Inspection this Fiscal Year: 1 <br /> Number of Complete Inspections this Fiscal Year: 1 <br /> Page 2 of 9 <br />
