August 20,2019 C-2010-089/New Horizon North Mine JHB <br /> Vegetative Cover;Timing: <br /> The Dryland pasture area on the north end of the reclaimed area are visually dominated by"Tumble" <br /> mustard also known as Jim Hill mustard. This mustard is an annual that should become less dominant over time. <br /> The irrigated pasture was not being watered at the time of the inspection. The crop(oats)was still green and a <br /> couple of feet high. This pasture had not yet been cut. <br /> SUPPORT FACILITIES -Rule 4.04: <br /> The Shovel previously stored at the facilities area has been removed and shipped off-site. The office <br /> trailer is on a trailer and ready to be removed from the site. ERMR representatives anticipate that it will be <br /> removed before the end of August. The landowner is anticipated to use the gravel on the pad.
