These include slumps by the B Portal and <br /> Curve 11. <br /> SUPPORT FACILITIES - Rule 4.04: <br /> No significant problems were identified with any facility areas. This includes all of the areas along the Haul Road <br /> and the Explosives Storage pad. Within the road at the fan,there is an exposed and damaged metal pipe near the <br /> substation; this should be repaired to prevent damage to truck tires. <br /> SIGNS AND MARKERS—Rule 4.02: <br /> Signs were seen at entrances, and disturbance boundary markers were seen in many locations around the mine. <br /> The sign at Pond J does not include the phone number and address for BRL; this information should be included <br /> on all entrance signs. (Or provide the Division with documentation that this requirement in Rule 4.02 has been <br /> waived.) <br /> TOPSOIL—Rule 4.06 <br /> Removal 4.06.2; Substitute Materials 4.06.4(4); Storage and Protection 4.06.3; Redistribution 4.06.4: <br /> Topsoil Pile A was found to be in good shape. <br /> ENFORCEMENT ACTIONS/COMPLIANCE <br /> No enforcement actions were initiated as a result of this inspection,nor are any pending. <br /> Number of Partial Inspection this Fiscal Year: 2 <br /> Number of Complete Inspections this Fiscal Year: 0 <br /> Page 4 of 11 <br />
