Geogrid rolls from the same production lot were frequently delivered on different dates. As a result, the QC test results were resubmitted when geogrid rolls from the same lot were delivered to the project site each time. A table of the geogrid inventory and testing is included in Attachment 4. 9. Section 3.5.2 — Conformance testing: Please address the following discrepancies and provide clarification: a. Appendix L.1, page 1, 40 mil testing in 2014 has the incorrect specifications quoted. The project technical specifications were revised by NewFields in June of 2016. The technical specifications for geomembrane (by AMEC) prior to this revision are included in Attachment 5 (Section 02776). Since this 40 mil LLDPE smooth geomembrane was delivered and installed prior to the revised specifications, the material was manufactured to conform to earlier technical specifications. b. Appendix L.2, All pages, 80 mil testing, all compliance tests reference the incorrect Ultimate Elongation value. The conformance test results have been revised to reference the ultimate elongation value of 250% minimum (per the technical specifications) and are included in Attachment 6. c. Appendix L.3, All pages, geogrid testing; all pages are out of order or there is incomplete testing batches provided, no clear order of testing, no dates of when the testing was conducted, no QC signature on individual pages or signed letter per testing batch. Because of the issue identified above it is difficult to determine what roll corresponds to which Tensar Corp QC test data. NewFields performed one conformance test per lot to verify that the geogrid met project specifications. The lot numbers on the Geogrid Conformance Test Certificates under"Sample Identification" in Appendix L.3 (2nd line top left corner) are in sequential order and cover each lot number shown on the Geogrid Roll QC Certificates in Appendix J.7 in the "Production Lot Number" column (2nd column from left). The table in Attachment 4 outlines that all lots were tested. 10. Section 3.5.3— Geomembrane Panel Deployment: Appendix F SLF Acceptance Forms, on pages 2, 3, 4, 5 and 10 the signature for Rene Torres does not match the date of the form or the other signatures. Please provide an explanation? Attachment 7 includes the revised SLF Acceptance Forms which have been initialed by Rene Torres, acknowledging that SLF was accepted on the date of the form.
