EXHIBIT M OTHER PERMITS REQUIRED <br /> The following permits are necessary for the full operation of the Bradford Mesa Quarry: <br /> 1. County Conditional Use Permit Special Use—A full Conditional Use Permit is needed <br /> with the Huerfano County Planning and County Commissioner office. CUP 00-060 was <br /> approved by Huerfano County Commissioners on September 20, 2000. This CUP runs <br /> with the land and is still valid. <br /> 2. APEN—A fugitive air emissions permit is needed from the Colorado Department of <br /> Public Health and Environment. Air emissions permits will be in place for all equipment <br /> and portable plants utilized on site which require a permit. <br /> 3. SHPO—The State Historic Preservation Office was contacted by the Colorado State <br /> Land Board and delivered a May 15, 2019 response of no known historic properties on <br /> site. See the enclosed response letter. <br /> 4. Huerfano County Access Permit—as needed. <br /> Bradford Mesa Quarry Greg —irk;and Associates,PLLC <br /> August 2019 M-1 <br />
