If power is not available, flow may be measured on an instantaneous basis. <br /> 2: Oil and Grease: - A visual observation of the discharge for each permitted outfall must be made <br /> 2 times per month. In the event an oil sheen or floating oil is observed, a grab sample shall be <br /> collected, analyzed, and reported on the DMR. In addition, corrective action shall be taken <br /> immediately to mitigate the discharge of oil. <br /> 3: Total Flow - Total flow is the cumulative flow of the discharge for the quarter in million gallons.
