There were no <br /> erosional concerns noted. A new seep was brought to the attention of the Division by the operator during the <br /> inspection. The access road leading up to the Tract 70 Mesa from the North decline had a new seep located near <br /> the top of the hill. Please refer to Photo 4 and Exhibit 1 for the location of the seep. The operator stated that they <br /> had notified Amy Yeldell of the Minerals Program of the seep. Since then, the seep has reduced in size.
