Stover and Associates in Grand <br /> Junction, CO. The records were in good condition and up to date. Please see the Availability of Records form <br /> attached to the end of this report for more details. <br /> BACKFILL and GRADING—Rule 4.14 <br /> Contemporaneous Reclamation 4.14.1; Approximate Original Contour 4.14.2; Highwall Elimination 4.14.1(2)(f); <br /> Steep Slopes 4.14.2, 4.27;Handling of Acid and Toxic Materials 4.14.3; Stabilization of Rills and Gullies 4.14.6: <br /> SCC completed maintenance repairs related to the SL-I I bond release application in march of 2019. The <br /> repairs on the Tract 70 mesa were observed to be in good condition and stable. One of the landowner's trenches, <br /> Trench 9 (Fontanari nomenclature#11)was observed to have water standing in it at the time of the inspection <br /> (Photo 3). The trench is located to the south end of the Tract 70 Mesa. None of the other trenches were observed <br /> to have water standing in them or to be flowing.
