As a landownder, manager, or right-of-way holder within 200 <br /> feet of the permit boundary, Henderson is notifying you as required under Rule 1.6.2(l)(e)(ii) of the ntends <br /> to submit an applicc tion to the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board to amend its Mining and <br /> Reclamation Permit( -1977-342). As required by the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Act, Henderson <br /> is obligated to notify the local Board of County Commissioners within each county affected by the <br /> amendment. <br /> Attached is the formal Notice of Filing Application as required.
