Included in this enclosure package are the following items: <br /> • Special Warranty Deed for 3 parcels of land and surface mineral rights in Section 10,Township 3 North, Range 61 <br /> West—these parcels, totaling approximately 397.66 acres, were originally listed as being owned by others in the <br /> Amendment and have since been purchased by Black Mountain Land Company, LP. The deed was recorded by <br /> the Weld County Clerk and Recorder's Office on July 11, 2019. <br /> • Biological Survey Report, Revised July 15, 2019—this report was updated to include the land purchased by Black <br /> Mountain Land Company, LP in July. No additional wetlands, special status species, or migratory birds were <br /> identified within these tracts of land. <br /> • Burrowing Owl Survey Summary, dated August 2, 2018—this survey report was completed on approximately <br /> 8,742 acres on land owned by Black Mountain Land Company, LP in Weld County prior to the selection of the <br /> current M-2018-051 permit boundary area.The survey identified suitable habitat within Sections 3 and 11 of <br /> Township 3 North, Range 61 West.Those areas are in approximately years 11-20 and years 30-35 of the proposed <br /> mining plan. <br /> • Preliminary Desktop Review of Suitable Burrowing Owl Habitat Amendment Summary, dated July 17, 2019—this <br /> desktop habitat assessment was completed on the land purchased by Black Mountain Land Company, LP in July. <br /> Using aerial imagery, the survey identified approximately 81.7 acres of potentially suitable habitat within the <br /> plant facilities and years 1-2 disturbance areas.
