Banks were stable and <br /> well vegetated, no seepage was detected through the outslope of the dam at the time of <br /> inspection. <br /> o Constructed drainages appeared stable and to be functioning adequately at the time of <br /> inspection. They were well armored and did not appear to have suffered any damage <br /> as a result of the significant snowpack of the past winter. <br /> . � o The spoil spring at Pond 16 was <br /> bubbling up a small amount of <br /> - water. The surrounding soil was <br /> stained orange. <br /> o Pond#16 was discharging clear <br /> water and no issues were noted on <br /> � banks or discharge structure. <br /> o A site of monitoring wells was <br /> 3 inspected. Two had lost pressure <br /> and were leaking.
