Banks appeared <br /> stable and vegetated. <br /> o No erosion or offsite hydrologic issues were noted at the time of inspection. <br /> TOPSOIL -Rule 4.06 <br /> Removal4.06.2; Substitute Materials 4.06.4(4); Storage and Protection 4.06.3; Redistribution 4.06.4 <br /> Many small topsoil piles exist throughout the site. The slopes of the piles are stable and vegetated and <br /> no evidence of recent soil movement was apparent at the time of inspection. <br /> BA CKFILL and GRADING—Rule 4.14 <br /> o Backfilling and grading operations are underway at the portal and at the north end of the <br /> facilities area where the old silo location is being graded and awaiting the application of <br /> topsoil piled nearby. <br /> o A depth of 18 inches of topsoil is proposed for the north end of the facilities area, where <br /> cropping may occur in the future. <br /> RE VEGETATION-Rule 4.15 <br /> General Requirements 4.15.1; Use of Species 4.15.2, Grazing 4.15.5 Vegetation Cover and Timing <br /> o Revegetation appears to have been implemented adequately.
