Compliance With Mine Plan NA - Support Facilities Not On-site <br /> N -Other N - Special Categories Of Mining <br /> N -Processing Waste R -Topsoil <br /> COMMENTS <br /> This was a partial inspection of the Williams Fork Mine; C1981044, operated by Moffat <br /> County Mining LLC. The inspection was conducted and the report and photos prepared by <br /> me, Robin Reilley of the DRMS. Miranda Kawcak, Williams Fork representative was present <br /> throughout the inspection. No air quality issues were observed at the time of the inspection. <br /> Skies were clear and temperatures ranged from 60 to 80 degrees Fahrenheit. <br /> UPCOMING PERMITTING ACTIONS.• <br /> 1. Update to the Reclamation Plan <br /> 2. TR for permanent stock ponds in the Strip Pit <br /> 3. MR for land use change <br /> MAINTENANCE ITEMS IDENTIFIED: <br /> L Additional stream buffer zone signage is required at the south end of the site. The operator <br /> indicated that this would be attended to. <br /> INSPECTION: <br /> GENERAL MINE PLAN COMPLIANCE: <br /> Reclamation is underway as permitted throughout the site. The buildings in the facility area <br /> have all been demolished. Backfilling and grading are proceeding throughout this area. The <br /> portal area is being backfilled. No erosional features requiring maintenance were identified <br /> at the time of the inspection. At the time of inspection no equipment was operating. <br /> SIGNS AND MARKERS Rule 4.02 <br /> o Stream Buffer Zone along the Williams Fork River was checked and additional <br /> signage is required at the south end of the site. <br /> ROADS—Rule 4.03 <br /> Construction 4.03.1(3)14.03.2(3);Drainage 4.03.1(4) 14.03.2(4); Surfacing and Maintenance <br /> Number of Partial Inspection this Fiscal Year: 1 <br /> Number of Complete Inspections this Fiscal Year: 0 <br /> Page 2 of 7 <br />
