July 17, 2019 C-1981-010/Trapper Mine RAR <br /> o Topsoil is being laved down in according to proposed 2019. ARR Map just south of Life <br /> of mine road. <br /> SLIDES and OTHER DAMAGE-Rule 13 <br /> 4.12 <br /> The crack noted in the previous <br /> W . <br /> inspections appeared not to have <br /> changed and vegetation had grown <br /> d <br /> vigorously around the area. TMI ' <br /> will continue monitoring the areaw <br /> N i <br /> W <br /> for changes. <br /> The crack is found to run along the <br /> � -u-7700 foot contour,dust above where ~��. ��� ' 'I� �� <br /> topsoil is being laved down in 2019. <br /> Map 1: Location of cracking. <br /> c <br /> BA CKFILL and GRADING—RULE 4.14 <br /> o Backfilling and grading operations appeared to be progressing as permitted. <br /> o Dumping of spoil is taking place in benches. Grading activities did not appear to be <br /> occurring at the time of inspection. <br /> o D pit looking south lacks topsoil laydown and has been reseeded. Vegetation in that <br /> area appears stable but, had recently taken place. <br /> REVEGETATION-Rule 4.15 <br /> General Requirements 4.15.1; Use of Species 4.15.2, Grazing 4.1 S.S <br /> o Reclamation and revegetation appeared to be progressing adequately. No extensive areas <br /> devoid of vegetation or weed infestations were apparent at the time of inspection. <br /> o Small areas of cheat grass are evident on some south facing slopes. <br /> DOCUMENTS RECEIVED <br /> None <br /> ENFORCEMENT ACTIONS/COMPLIANCE <br /> No enforcement actions were initiated as a result of this inspection,nor are any pending. <br /> Number of Partial Inspection this Fiscal Year: 1 <br /> Number of Complete Inspections this Fiscal Year: 0 <br />
