Grading activities did not appear to be <br /> occurring at the time of inspection. <br /> o D pit looking south lacks topsoil laydown and has been reseeded. Vegetation in that <br /> area appears stable but, had recently taken place. <br /> REVEGETATION-Rule 4.15 <br /> General Requirements 4.15.1; Use of Species 4.15.2, Grazing 4.1 S.S <br /> o Reclamation and revegetation appeared to be progressing adequately.
