The revised text did not state any changes to the Subsidence Monitoring Program. Panels WC- <br /> 1RT through WC-4RT will further subside previously subsided areas and some new lands that <br /> have not been previously subsided. Please update the text with a section addressing any <br /> updates to the existing Subsidence Monitoring Plan, and a new section of text that specifically <br /> identifies items overlying the new panels, such as RCR33,that will be included in the monitoring <br /> program. <br /> The operator stated in the Feb 2019 response that text had been revised in the PAP. The <br /> Division was unable to locate this revised text. Please verify that this update has been made <br /> and specify where within the PAP revised text is located. <br />
