This revision moves the northern portion of the driveway <br /> away from the eastern side lot line to the center of the lot outside of AE setbacks. <br /> In 2014,Archuleta County approved a general Conditional Use Permit(#2014-22CUP)for the <br /> property with four conditions in addition to the Development Standards of the Archuleta County <br /> Land Use Regulations: <br /> 1. Full drainage plan submitted to the County Engineer for review and approval before <br /> submitting to the County Building Department. [for any required Building Permit] <br /> 2. Access permit for County Road and Bridge Department. <br /> 3. Address the concerns of the Aspen Springs Metro district and LPEA to the satisfaction of <br /> the county. <br /> 4. The project does not create a negative impact on the surrounding properties. <br /> In April 2018,we received written complaints,and on 25 June 2018, 1 issued a Notice of <br /> Violation. This minor amendment is intended to correct that violation of the terms of your CUP <br /> and bring the project into conformance with that approval and the current requirements of the <br /> Land Use Regulations. <br /> Thank you for your dedication to finding a solution to your neighbors' concerns.
