See the new page 9 attached. <br /> 4.The drill holes will be cased from the surface through to the base of overburden to isolate the boring from <br /> groundwater.The casing used will be 4130 Material Steel, flush joint, HWT 4-inch inside diameter by 4.5 inch <br /> outside diameter.The casing will be pulled from the hole during abandonment.We will abandon the holes-using <br /> HWT as tremie,displacing casing with grout/neat cement as pulled. <br /> 5.The seed mix will consist of one or more of the following species suggested from the US Forest Service: <br /> Poa palustris(fowl bluegrass) <br /> Bromus ciliatus(fringed brome) <br /> Calamagrostis canadensis (bluejoint reedgrass) <br /> Deschampsia coespitoso(tufted hairgrass) <br /> Elymus trachycoulis (slender wheatgrass) <br /> Festuca idahoensis (Idaho fescue) <br /> It will be certified live mix and weed free.The seeding rate is 25 lbs./acre and seeding will be completed by <br /> hand. <br /> 6. Pad 5 is adjacent to the rock glacier, it is rocky colluvium with no soil cover and sparse ground cover with no <br /> grass. Potentially three small trees with trunks less than six inches in diameter will need to be removed. <br />
