<br /> OUTSTANDING MAINTENANCE ITEMS:
<br /> Culverts
<br /> o Previous inspections identified several abraded culverts along the main haul road. Some
<br /> culverts were replaced in 2018 during the time a portion of the power plant was temporarily
<br /> decommissioned(SA4). However,there continue to be culverts in need of replacement or
<br /> repair(SA4A, SA3 and SA2).
<br /> MAINTENANCE ITEMS IDENTIFIED:
<br /> o Constructed drainages in parcel LA 18 exhibited compromised check dams, erosional
<br /> features and the north facing slope had several significant rills and gullies across its
<br /> extent.
<br /> o A contour ditch and a check dam(Photo 2), in drainage MF2' was breached in parcel
<br /> LA 18. This occurred at the transition between more established reclamation and the
<br /> newly seeded LA18 reclamation.
