Summary of corrective action taken or to be taken(or,for triggering events identified in Part LK.2 where the permittee <br /> determines that corrective action is not necessary,the basis for this determination); <br /> e. Notice of whether SWMP modifications are required as a result of this discovery or corrective action; <br /> f. Date corrective action initiated;and <br /> g. Date corrective action completed or expected to be completed. <br /> 4. Control measure modification <br /> Modification of any control measure as part of the corrective action required by Parts I.K.1 and I.K.2 must be performed <br /> consistent with Part LG(Control Measures)of this permit. <br /> S. Substantially identical outfalis <br /> If the event triggering corrective action is associated with an outfall that represents other substantially identical outfalis,the <br /> permittee's review must assess the need for corrective action for each outfall represented by the outfall that triggered the <br /> review. Any necessary changes to control measures that affect these other outfalls must also be performed consistent with Part <br /> LG(Control Measures)of this permit,and the permittee must implement interim or temporary controls measures during the <br /> maintenance effort. <br /> L. GENERAL SWMP REQUIREMENTS — Stormwater only <br /> The General SWMP requirements contained in this section address administrative requirements of the SWMP,as opposed to the <br /> specific SWMP content requirements provided in Part I.M of the permit. <br /> An existing permittee authorized under the previous versions of this permit shall modify the existing SWMP to comply with the <br /> requirements of this Permit within 180-days of the fadllty permit certification effective date. <br /> 1. SWMP requirement <br /> The permittee must develop,implement,and maintain a SWMP for each facility authorized by this permit.The SWMP shall be <br /> prepared in accordance with good engineering,hydrologic and pollution control practices(the SWMP need not be prepared by a <br /> registered engineer). The permittee must modify the SWMP to reflect current site conditions(see Part I.L.7 below). <br /> 2. Preparation,Submission and Implementation <br /> The permittee must complete a SWMP prior to submitting the permit application for authorization to discharge industrial <br /> stormwater from a facility,and submit it to the Division if requested.The permittee must implement the SWMP when the <br /> facility begins industrial activities,which includes installation of control measures. <br /> 3. Signatory Requirements <br /> The permittee must sign and certify all SWMPs in accordance with Part I.F.4(Reporting and Recordkeeping);this requirement <br /> applies to the original SWMP prepared for the facility,and each time the permittee modifies a SWMP as required by Part I.L.7.a <br /> and b below. <br /> 4. Permit Retention <br /> The permittee must maintain a copy of this permit and the permit certification issued to the permittee with the SWMP. <br /> S. SWMP Retention <br /> The permittee must retain a copy of the SWMP at the facility unless another location,specified by the permittee,is approved by <br /> the Division. <br /> 14 <br />
