26 June 2019 C-1981-010/Trapper Mine RAR <br /> TOPSOIL —RULE 4.0 6 <br /> Removal 4.06.2; Substitute Materials 4.06.4(4); Storage and Protection 4.06.3; <br /> Redistribution 4.06.4 <br /> o No instability was noted on the observed topsoil piles and the piles appeared <br /> to be marked appropriately. <br /> o No riling or gullying at topsoil piles was apparent at the time of inspection. <br /> BACKFILL and GRADING—RULE 4.14 <br /> o Backfilling and grading operations appeared to be progressing as permitted. <br /> o Dumping of spoil is taking place in benches. Grading activities did not appear to be <br /> occurring at the time of inspection. <br /> REVEGETATION-Rule 4.15 <br /> General Requirements 4.15.1; Use of Species 4.15.2, Grazing 4.15.5 <br /> o Reclamation and revegetation appeared to be progressing adequately.
