26 June 2019 C-1981-010/Trapper Mine RAR <br /> INSPECTION.- <br /> GENERAL MINE PLAN COMPLIANCE: <br /> Current and upcoming permitting actions were discussed. <br /> Main haul roads and access roads were dry. Ash and spoil were being hauled and dumped. Coal was <br /> being excavated and hauled. Two draglines were operating casting spoil, one dragline was idle. <br /> Activities in the pit were observed. Strip line was observed. <br /> Overburden and topsoil placement appear to be progressing adequately and as permitted. Reclamation <br /> appeared to be progressing as per the permit. No offsite air quality issues were observed at the time of <br /> inspection. Roads were being watered throughout the day.
