June 13, 2019 C-1981-018/Deserado Mine CCW <br /> <br /> <br />Number of Partial Inspection this Fiscal Year: 7 <br />Number of Complete Inspections this Fiscal Year: 4 <br /> <br /> Page 6 of 9 <br /> <br /> <br />Photo 8: Refuse piles RP-2/3/4 and RP-5a. <br /> <br />ROADS – Rule 4.03 <br />Construction 4.03.1(3)/4.03.2(3), Drainage 4.03.1(4)/4.03.2(4), Surfacing and Maintenance4.03.1(5) and <br />(6)/4.03.2(5) and (6), Reclamation 4.03.1(7)/4.03.2(7): <br /> Access roads throughout the site were in good condition and stable. There were no erosional concerns <br />noted. The haul road was well maintained and stable. No erosional features were observed. The haul road ditches <br />were dry and free of obstructions. <br /> <br />SUPPORT FACILITIES - Rule 4.04: <br /> Support facilities on-site that were inspected include: <br /> <br />- Portals Area (Photo 9) <br />- Prep Plant (Photo 9) <br />- Conveyor Corridor <br />- Slot Storage (Photo 10) <br />- Nitrogen Plant No. 2 (Photo 10) <br />- RDH 4 <br />- RS-13L <br />- Water Storage Tanks <br />- WMVS an B Vent Shaft No. 1 <br /> <br />Support facilities inspected were in good condition. Berms for the sites were intact and no off-site impacts were <br />observed. There were no erosional features identified. The out slope of the RS-13L pad had been repaired. It was <br />noted in the April 2019 inspection report that some minor riling had occurred. There were no erosional features <br />observed at the site. Vegetation was beginning to grow in on the out slope.
