The RP-2/3/4 pile was <br />stable and no indications of erosion were observed. The perimeter ditches were dry and clear of debris. No refuse <br />was actively being placed on the pile during the inspection. The RP-5a pile was stable with no observed erosional <br />issues. The perimeter ditches were free from obstructions and dry. Refuse was being actively placed and spread <br />on the pile. The RP-1 pile has been reclaimed for several years. The pile was stable with well-established <br />vegetation. The ditches were clear of debris and dry.
