The pad drains to the SW corner of the pad. <br />BRL has installed a rock channel, with silt fencing and straw bales as secondary filter. Over the winter months the <br />straw bales have been damaged, likely by wildlife, and the silt fence in is sagging. BRL needs to assure that the <br />SAE is maintained as approved in the permit. This area is idle with little activity on it. Musk thistle are invading <br />on the out slope of the pad to Terror Creek. <br /> <br />The Reclaimed Hubbard Creek shaft area was inspected, Basil did not accompany this portion of the inspection. <br />The vegetation is filling in nicely at the reclaimed shaft area. Perennial wheatgrasses, Western wheatgrass, and <br />Slender wheatgrass, Cicer milkvetch, along with numerous volunteer boxelder are thriving and well established. <br />Noxious weeds were not noted invading the reclaimed areas. <br />DOCUMENTS RECEIVED NA <br />OTHER (SPECIFY) NA <br />ENFORCEMENT ACTIONS/COMPLIANCE <br /> <br />No enforcement actions were initiated as a result of this inspection, nor are any pending. <br />
