technical revision with the Office and placing a copy with the County Clerk and <br />Recorder. <br />(2) Within five (5) working days of placement with the County Clerk or Recorder, <br />the Applicant shall provide the Office with an affidavit or receipt demonstrating <br />that the amendment or technical revision was placed with the County Clerk and <br />Recorder not later than the close of business on the day the amendment or <br />technical revision was filed with the Office. <br />(3) Any amendment or technical revision to an application shall constitute a new <br />filing for the sole purposes of determining the date for the consideration of the <br />application by the Office, and for the deadline for a final decision on the <br />application. The provisions of Rule 1.6.6 shall apply to submitted amendments <br />and the provisions of Rules 1.8.2 or 1.8.4 shall apply to technical revisions for 110 <br />Limited Impact or 112 Reclamation Permit applications, respectively. <br />(4) If the Office determines that additional information is submitted by the <br />Applicant for the purpose of detailing, clarifying or explaining any part of the <br />application, whether at the request of the Office or otherwise, then such <br />additional information shall not constitute a change or an addition resulting in an <br />amendment or technical revision to the application. <br />(5) If the Operator notifies the Office of a proposed change in postmining land <br />use, the Office shall decide whether such change in post -mining land use requires <br />a change in the Reclamation Plan and whether such change shall require a <br />Technical Revision or Permit Amendment. <br />(6) Within five (5) working days of the filing of an amendment or technical <br />revision to an application, the Office shall set a new date for the consideration of <br />the application. The new date shall be set pursuant to Subparagraph 1.6.6, 1.8.2 <br />or 1.8.4, as applicable. <br />3. The maps provided with the permit boundary does not include the area in the San Juan <br />River where the material is being extracted from. Please re -submit the maps and <br />location of the permit area to include the area where mining and extraction of river rock <br />is taking place. <br />
