Boot Jack River Rock Processing Area, File No. M-2019-016, Adequacy Review <br />Dear Mr. Smith: <br />After the May 28, 2019 Pre -Operational Inspection, the Division has determined that the <br />following additional information is required. <br />1. The applicant must provide proof that a Public Notice sign has been posted at the <br />entrance to the mine site. The sign must be 11" x 17" in size per Rule 1.5 and an affidavit <br />that notice signs were posted on-site pursuant to Subsection 1.6.2(1)(b); <br />The current land use and the post mining land use is listed a Wildlife Habitat in the <br />application. The Division disagrees with those statements. The area is already disturbed <br />and the Ranch Manager explained that the yard will always be there.
