While attempting to clean out the 5.5" production tubing,529 feet of 2.875"tubing and a 4.5"bit became stuck in the hole While attempting to fish out the 2.875"tubing,a hole was milled in the 7.625"casing at 1755 feet. During fishing operations,87.9 feet of 5.5"liner and the liner hanger were removed. Due to the 2.875"tubing stuck in the hole,a Cast Iron Bridge Plug could not be set in the well below 1759 feet(top of fish). Therefore cement plugs were pumped into the open ended tubing to plug as much of the well as possible All cement plugs were set using balance method and consisted of Portland Type IIN cement. The 7.625"casing was cleaned to a depth of 1745 feet using a casing scraper. Plug 1 was pumped at 1754 feet and consisted of 4.5 cu yds(94.5 sks)with High Early accelerant. Plug 1 was allowed 5 hours to set,then top of cement was tagged at 1759 feet Plug 2 was pumped at 1722 feet and consisted of 4.5 cu yds (94.5 sks)with High Early accelerant. Plug 2 was allowed 15 hours of set time,then top of cement was tagged at 1756 feet,3 feet of lift. Plug 3 was pumped from a depth of 1722 feet and consisted of 4.5 cu yds(94.5 sks)with High Early accelerant and 2 packages of fiber LCM. Plug 3 was allowed 4 5 hours set time,then top of cement was tagged at a depth of 1756 feet,no lift. Plug 4 was pumped from a depth of 1689 feet and consisted of 4.5 cu yds (94 5 sks)of cement with High Early accelerant and Baroiift LCM material(to assist plugging) Fluid returns to surface after Plug 4 indicating the bottom hole had been plugged Plug 4 was allowed 16.5 hours of set time,then top of cement was tagged at a depth of 1396 feet. Plug 5 was pumped from a depth of 1365 feet and consisted of 7.5 cu.yds of cement(157.5 sks)with High Early accelerant Approximately 40 bbls of fluid to surface while pumping. Plug 5 was allowed 4 hours set time,then top of cement was tagged at 628 feet. Plug 6 was pumped at a depth of 595 feet and consisted of 6.5 cu.yds (136 5 sks)of cement with High Early accelerant Plug 6 reached surface and eventually fell back to 26 feet below GL. The well was dugout and casing cut off 3 feet below GL and topped off with 0.255 cu yds(5 63 sks)of Portland IIN cement on 6/5/2019.
