9 May 2019 C-1981-010/Trapper Mine RAR <br />Number of Partial Inspection this Fiscal Year: 8 <br />Number of Complete Inspections this Fiscal Year: 3 <br /> <br />and Jeffway. <br />o Roads to certain pond systems were impassable due to their steepness and muddy <br />conditions on slopes at the time of inspection. <br />o Water in ponds appeared clear with the exceptions noted. <br />o Jeffway Pond #1, observed from the strip line above, appeared to hold a small amount of <br />water (Photo 6). <br />o At Middle Flume #3 a large delta was present. Discharge was a trickle and water in the <br />pond appeared turbid. <br />o East Flume #1 held a small amount of water. <br />o Culverts were checked along the main haul road and appeared clear of debris at the time of <br />inspection. Reilley. <br /> <br />TOPSOIL – RULE 4.06 <br />Removal 4.06.2; Substitute Materials 4.06.4(4); Storage and Protection 4.06.3; <br />Redistribution 4.06.4 <br />o No instability was noted on the observed topsoil piles and the piles appeared <br />to be marked appr opriately. <br />o No riling or gullying at topsoil piles was apparent at the time of inspection. <br /> <br />BACKFILL and GRADING – RULE 4.14 <br />TMI’s 2018 ARR map will be evaluated with respect to field measured elevations taken during this <br />inspection for compliance with approximate original contour. The known benchmark (Trapper’s <br />elevation 7096.89 ft) near the silos was recorded twice during the inspection, once in the morning and <br />once in the afternoon as 2138.34 m or, 7131.31 feet above mean sea level, and 2155.32 m or, 7071.27
